IN MEMORIAM
Mr. Claudius Walker was an active member of the Prince George’s County Executive’s Aging Advisory Committee. His intellect, humor and warm smile will be missed. Mr. Walker took his appointment to the committee seriously and made a point of keeping his fraternity brother, County Executive Jack Johnson, informed and aware of issues concerning aging that impacted the lives of the residents of Prince George’s County. Mr. Walker ably represented the Committee on various county planning groups, serving as our liaison he helped develop programs and procedures to benefit seniors. The members of the Advisory Committee on Aging will miss Mr. Walker’s voice of wisdom, independence and his dignified demeanor.
We were blessed to pray with Mr. Walker at our March 22, 2007 meeting, we thank God for his life and legacy to the citizens of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Our prayers are with the family.
