2008 Governor's Aging Awards

Jeannette Higgenbotham and I attended the Governor's Aging Awards program in Annapolis, Maryland. The event was held at the historic Bates High School (which I attended). The highlight of the day was retired White House correspondent Helen Thomas's speech after receiving a life-time achievement award from Governor O'Malley.
